All of our supplements are manufactured in the USA in GMP-certified facilities with strict quality control standards.
2. Do your products contain artificial colors or fillers?
Nope. We keep it clean—no artificial dyes, sweeteners, or unnecessary fillers. Just ingredients that work.
3. Are your supplements vegan or gluten-free?
Most are! Check each product page for full ingredient and allergen info.
4. How should I store my Formix products?
Cool, dry places are best. Keep lids sealed tight and avoid direct sunlight or moisture.
5. Can I take Formix with other supplements?
Always check with your healthcare provider first—but our formulas are designed to stack clean and work together.

1. Where do you ship?
Right now, we ship within the USA only.
2. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary based on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
3. How long will it take to get my order?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days and arrive within 3–5 business days after that, depending on your location.
4. Do you offer express shipping?

5. How do I track my order?

Refund & Returns
1. Do you offer refunds?
Only for products that arrive damaged or defective. No other refund reasons are accepted.
2. How do I request a refund?
Email support@formix.com within 30 days of receiving your product. Include your order number and a description of the issue.
3. What if my package is lost?
If your order is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we’ll help sort it out.
4. Can I return a product if I change my mind?
No—due to safety and quality standards, we don’t accept returns or refunds for change of mind or preference.
5. How long does a refund take?
If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
