Shipping Information

At Formix, we currently ship within the United States only. All shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on your location and order size.

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days after your order is placed. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package all the way to your doorstep.

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order—Formix is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

Returns & Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our products and want every athlete to get what they paid for. That said, we currently only offer refunds for damaged or defective items.

If your product arrived damaged, or something isn’t right with your order, you must submit your refund claim within 30 days of receiving your product. Include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue—photos help too.

Packages lost in transit?
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with our shipping partners to track down your order or send a replacement if necessary.

We do not offer refunds for any other reason, including change of mind, taste preference, or usage results.
